There could also be mini-games that determine your Sims performance in their job. It would be great to see every career be interactive, possibly through performing tasks associated with the job, such as a firefighter putting out fires or a business person making financial decisions for a company. Some recent expansion packs for The Sims 4 have seen the careers expanded to allow more interactivity with some jobs, such as environmentalist type work, as well as the magic school.
